1. Overview
AMZBoost ("AMZBoost," "we," "us," or "our") is an Amazon agency that helps brands grow on Amazon. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit amzboost.com, contact us, or engage us as a service provider.
The short version: We collect the information you give us (name, email, business details), basic analytics about how you use our site, and the access you grant us to do client work (such as Amazon Seller Central). We use it to deliver our services, communicate with you, and improve our website. We don't sell your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Contact details — name, email, phone, company name, and role when you fill out a form, book a call, or message us
- Business information — brand details, product categories, revenue range, marketplace, and other context you share during discovery and onboarding
- Newsletter sign-ups — email address when you subscribe to our growth tips newsletter
- Communications — messages, emails, and call notes you exchange with our team
2.2 Information from your accounts (clients only)
To provide services, you may grant us authorized access to your Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, advertising consoles, analytics tools, and similar platforms. The data we access through those connections — sales reports, advertising metrics, listing content, account health, and so on — is used solely to perform the services you've engaged us for.
2.3 Information collected automatically

- Analytics — aggregated traffic data through providers such as Google Analytics
2.4 Information from third parties
We may receive information from publicly available sources (such as a company website or LinkedIn profile) or from referral partners who introduce us to potential clients.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing personal information are:
- Performance of a contract — to provide services you've requested
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our business in ways you would reasonably expect
- Consent — for marketing emails and certain cookies, where required
- Legal obligation — when processing is required by law
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Amazon Selling Partner API Data
AMZBoost operates an Amazon brand management platform that connects to client accounts through Amazon's Selling Partner API ("SP-API"). This section describes how we handle data that flows through that integration. For the full technical details, see our Data Protection Policy.
9.1 What we access
When you authorize the AMZBoost platform via Amazon's OAuth consent flow, we access only the data permitted by the Selling Partner API roles you grant us. Typical roles include catalog and listing data, advertising metrics, inventory and order tracking, finance and accounting, brand analytics, and buyer messaging. We never request roles you have not consented to, and you can revoke our access from Seller Central at any time.
9.2 Encryption
All Amazon Selling Partner data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher, and encrypted at rest using AES 256 in our database and backup storage. Encryption keys are managed by our cloud provider's key management service and rotated on a documented schedule.
9.3 Retention
We retain Amazon Selling Partner data only as long as required to deliver the services you have authorized. When you deauthorize the platform, we retain the data for up to 90 days to support reconciliation and audit needs, then purge it from our active systems. Backup copies are purged within an additional 30 days.
9.4 Deletion on request
You can request immediate deletion of your Amazon Selling Partner data at any time by emailing privacy@amzboost.com or security@amzboost.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request, and a confirmation is sent to the contact on file.
9.5 Access controls
Access to Amazon Selling Partner data inside AMZBoost is restricted to authorized staff who need it to deliver the services you have engaged. We enforce role based access control, principle of least privilege, mandatory multi factor authentication for all internal systems that touch this data, and full audit logging of access events.
9.6 Subprocessors and external parties
We use a small set of vendors to operate the platform, all of whom are contractually bound to confidentiality and data protection terms. The current list includes our cloud hosting provider, our database provider, our email and notification provider, and our error monitoring provider. The full and current subprocessor list is published in our Data Protection Policy.
9.7 Incident response
If we detect a security incident that affects Amazon Selling Partner data, we follow a documented incident response plan that includes internal notification within 24 hours of detection, notification to Amazon's security team via security@amazon.com within 24 hours where the incident involves Amazon information, and notification to affected clients without undue delay. Our incident response plan is reviewed every six months.
9.8 No use beyond authorized services
We do not use, share, or sell Amazon Selling Partner data for any purpose other than delivering the services you have authorized. We do not use this data to train external machine learning models, to enrich third party data sets, or for any form of marketing to non clients.
